BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - One of two people injured in the crash of a single-engine airplane near Fort Smith remained hospitalized Wednesday.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming officials have scheduled the first public meeting about the state's plans to take over an investigation of groundwater pollution in the Pavillion area.

The Pavillion working group will meet Aug. 2 at the Riverton Holiday Inn.

The State Liquor Commission has provided four ID scanners for use in Sheridan County, and they will be used by the Sheridan Police Department at the upcoming street dance.

President Barack Obama announced Wednesday that implementation of a key provision within the Affordable Care Act would be delayed for a year. The delayed item, the requirement for employers with at least 50 workers to offer health coverage to their employees, will be reconsidered in 2014.

The Sheridan Community Blood Drive continues today at the Best Western Sheridan Center from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. The blood drive's organizers, United Blood Services, says in a media release that donors are still needed on the last day of the area's blood drive.
