Sheridan County Republican committeemen and committeewomen who reside in District 30 held a selection committee meeting Monday to choose no more than three applicants to fill the vacancy left by State Representative Jon Botten's recent resignation.

The City of Sheridan along with the Sonoran Institute and North Main Association are hosting a series of round table discussions this week where consultants with Russell Mills Studios are taking feedback from key stakeholders regarding the area around the proposed new North Main interchange.
If you get flagged down by a forest ranger the next time you visit the Big Horn National Forest, you may be asked a few questions about your visit. Starting this week, the U.S. Forest Service is collecting data for statistical analysis.
