The 24th Annual Buffalo Swim Club's Duck Race took place Saturday in Buffalo's Clear Creek, and if ticket sales and interested people along the banks of the creek are any indication, the race was again a successful fundraiser for the club.

District Judge Thomas Campbell of Cheyenne issued a formal order Friday that affirmed that the bulk of a state law that stripped most of the duties from the state superintendent of public instruction is unconstitutional.
