The Sheridan City Council will receive a financial snapshot at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night. Sheridan Mayor John Heath feels the city is in pretty good shape.

Earlier this week at the Legislative Forum in Sheridan, our local legislators received an update from Megan Degenfelder from Cloud Peak Energy, who own and operate three coal mines in the Powder River Basin, including the Spring Creek Mine, 35 miles north of Sheridan in Montana.
