25-year-old Leo Pinnick entered a not-guilty plea to charges of aggravated assault and battery in 4th Judicial District Court on Wednesday. He was involved in an altercation involving 4 men that took place following the Friday night street dance on rodeo weekend and ended with 2 of them in the hospital.

Nominations are now being accepted for the Arch Coal Teacher Achievement Awards. This will be the 10th year that the awards have been given out. Arch Coal Vice President Greg Schaefer says that nominating a teacher is as simple as filling out a form.

Arnica Fire Now Burning 9,300 Acres; Some Road Closures in Effect in Yellowstone

About 230 fire personnel are managing the Arnica Fire in Yellowstone National Park for multiple resource objectives. They are allowing the burn to progress naturally in lodgepole forest areas where ecological benefits can be achieved, while using helicopters to cool portions of the fire perimeter nearest areas that are more at risk.
