Operation Smile kicked off Friday at the RENEW Service Center in Sheridan with RENEW participants providing Sheridan Police Officers with stuffed toys that will be distributed to traumatized children. Sheridan Police Chief Richard Adriaens explains.
Adriaens said that RENEW will continue to provide officers with stuffed toys to distribute as they need them.
