NWS in Billings Says More Thunderstorms Expected Tuesday

According to the NWS in Billings, thunderstorms throughout last night in Sheridan County will be followed by more later today. Shawn Campbell, meteorologist intern with the National Weather Service in Billings, explains.

Storms Monday night into early Tuesday morning produced less than an inch of rain. He added that there were some more severe thunderstorms south of Sheridan near Buffalo that produced some high winds. The forecast for Sheridan today has a 40 percent chance of thunderstorms and highs around 80 degrees
