The Northern Wyoming Community College District will be offering the second of three lecture series in the Mountain Lecture Series that are held at the Spear-O-Wigwam Mountain Campus. The lecture will be presented by local resident Jim Niner, who'll be discussing “History and Stories of Spear-O-Wigwam” this Sunday. College District Learn Outdoors Coordinator Julie Davidson says that Niner encourages audience participation.
