The Wyoming Department of Transportation in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration have announced that they have completed an Environmental Assessment on the proposed improvements to Interstate 90, North Main Street, and the relocation of the North Sheridan Interchange. Holwell says that the public will have an opportunity to comment on the preferred alternative over the next month.
