A master plan has been developed for the north end of the City of Sheridan that would attempt to create a northern gateway into the City. The City Planning Commissioners were presented with the plan at a meeting last night. Ben Herman with Clarion Associates describes the purpose of the plan:
Many of the themes in the master plan came from the North Main Revitalization Initiative that began with North Main Street neighborhoods last summer:
That’s Clark Group Principal Brian Kuehl. One theme of the plan will be to continue relations with WYDOT as they plan the second phase of the North Main construction which is slated for 2015. The document is designed to be a work in progress and the North Main Neighborhood Association will continue to take input on the plan.
