A reception was held in the Whitney Building Atrium at Sheridan College after the new NWCCD Trustees went through orientation.

The new members of the Northern Wyoming Community College District went through a day-long orientation Monday. Mary Jo Johnson has the story.

The four newly elected trustees spent a full day in informational sessions and campus tours. College President Paul Young describes the day.

One of the new members, Jerry Iekel, a former State House Representative, relished the experience.

Another new trustee is Norleen Healy, a retired Sheridan College instructor who quipped that she went through orientation to “learn about Sheridan College.”

The day ended with a reception in the Student Art Gallery in the Whitney Building atrium.
