The new members of the Northern Wyoming Community College District went through a day-long orientation Monday. Mary Jo Johnson has the story.
The four newly elected trustees spent a full day in informational sessions and campus tours. College President Paul Young describes the day.
One of the new members, Jerry Iekel, a former State House Representative, relished the experience.
Another new trustee is Norleen Healy, a retired Sheridan College instructor who quipped that she went through orientation to “learn about Sheridan College.”
The day ended with a reception in the Student Art Gallery in the Whitney Building atrium.
