Lawmakers want to reimburse counties for lost cash

City, County Back Plan For More Senior Housing

The Buffalo City Council and Johnson County Commission voted to draft letters of support for the Buffalo Housing Authority to pursue funding to build more senior housing in Buffalo.

The BHA approached both entities at their Tuesday meetings, asking them for support for their plan.

County Reaches Agreement For Alarm System Maintenance

Johnson County has entered into a contract with Rocky Mountain Fire Systems to provide maintenance on the alarm systems at the Judicial and Justice Center buildings for the next year.
