Wednesday, Sheridan Media reported on the brand new, 1.5 million gallon Clearwell water tank that's being erected at the Big Goose Water Treatment Plant. Today, Sheridan Area Water Supply administrator, Rod Liesinger explains how the funding for this project falls into place.
The City is paying 2.5 percent interest for its portion of the loan.
