The Johnson County Healthcare Center hosted the crowning of "Mr. Movember" Saturday evening after the Lighted Christmas Parade in Buffalo.
Movember is a month set aside for men to grow their mustache as the “ribbon for men's health” issues.
Men are encouraged to start the month clean-shaven and then grow their mustaches for 30 days to increase awareness of those health issues.
Crowned as Mr. Movember/Johnson County was Doug Lobeck.
Lame Mo went to Tucker Ruby.
Best Mo Bro and Mo Sista went to Trevor and Sandy Moon.
And Best Team went to the Buffalo Fire Department.
Julia Bettinger, Program Manager for Region 2 with Wyoming Cancer Resource Services in Buffalo, wanted to send a big “Thank You” to everyone for recognizing the mustache as the ribbon for men's health. Special thanks to the event sponsors Wyoming Cancer Resource Services, the Johnson County Community Resource Center, and the Johnson County Healthcare Center.
