More Work To Be Done On City's Purchasing Policy

The City of Sheridan continues to make progress on developing a purchase policy for all City employees, however more work needs to be done before it can come before the City Council for approval. Councilors Steve Brantz and John Bigelow have drafted a buy local policy that will be taken to a couple of different local organizations later this week says Bigelow.

Bigelow said that hopes are to bring the overall finished purchasing policy to the City Council for approval at their October 17th meeting.
