M.O.R.E. Ministries is gearing up for their 3rd Annual Christmas Outreach which helps Wyoming and Montana Indian Reservations during the holiday season.
Christie American Horse is Outreach Coordinator for MORE Ministries.
Along with aid to Lodge Grass, donations this year will go to the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation and the Crow Reservation through the Cheyenne Reservation Ministerial Association, the Wind River Church of the Nazarene and other local churches. Those wanting to give specifically to one area can request to do so.
Toys, hygiene products, food baskets, blankets and clothes, as American Horse mentioned, will all be accepted.
Drop boxes will be available beginning on Stroll day in Sheridan, downstairs in the old post office building, the Best Out West mall, Sears, Quick Printing, ERA Carrol Realty Co. and Sheridan College's Main Street Campus.
There will also be Angel Trees at Swing Riders Western Emporium and the First Church of the Nazarene for those who want to donate a specifically designated gift to one child.
Anyone who wants to donate, or for more information call American Horse at 461-3730 or call the Sheridan First Church of the Nazarene at 672-2505.
