After the initial rounds of arrests were made in a marijuana distribution ring operating in Buffalo, the Johnson County Sheriff says the investigation continues and more arrests have not been ruled out.

Sheriff Steve Kozisek says the nine initial arrests, so far, and charges filed against another, were announced last week. He said the initial arrest was made by Deputy Kelly Waugh on Lynnard Immenschuh, on an outstanding warrant from Fremont County.

The others arrested were Jacob Schoonover, Raider Harriet, Monica Frausto, Timothy Reculusa, Christopher Ball, Roger Mohns, Joseph Heater, and Bradley Asay.

An attorney for the suspect still at large who's been identified as Paul Jones Jr., contacted the sheriff's office saying his client wanted to turn himself in, but has since failed to report to his attorney. Kozisek believes the suspect may be on the run, but the sheriff is confident he will eventually be apprehended.

The sheriff said those charged purchased marijuana in other states for distribution mainly in Northeastern Wyoming. He went on to say the suspects have been on law enforcement's radar for quite some time, but the arrests and seizures of cell phones and investigations of their records were the break they needed in the case.

The investigation is ongoing. Stay tuned to sheridanmedia.com for updates.
