Missing Red Kettle Has Salvation Army Officials Concerned

During the daily inventory process of the Salvation Army's red kettles Friday morning, it turned out that one kettle was missing and could not be accounted for. Captain David Leonard says that its possible that someone could be impersonating a Salvation Army bell ringer.

Captain Leonard wanted Sheridan residents to know a few things that may help the public spot an impersonator.

Leonard said that if anyone has any information on the missing red kettle, or is approached by someone with a kettle but doesn't seem legit, they should call the Salvation Army as soon as they can at 672-2444.
