Singer/songwriter Michael Martin Murphey has been added to the lineup of performers for this year's Big Horn Mountain Festival coming up this July in Buffalo.
Murphey performs music from a number of different styles from his long and storied career, ranging from “American Cowboy” music to bluegrass and pop.
Murphey has recorded a number of hit songs including “Wildfire,” “What's Forever For,” and “A Long Line Of Love.”
Paul Jarvis, co-organizer of the festival, said they have been trying for a number of years to get Murphey to perform at the event, and finally succeeded.
Murphey will be the headlining act for the Saturday evening performance and is scheduled to take the stage at 9:15pm.
This year's festival will be offered at the Johnson County Fairgrounds July 6, 7, and 8.
