At the conclusion of the Economic Update and Forecast Forum at the Sheridan Holiday Inn Friday morning, Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey put an end to those wondering if he would seek another term as Mayor of Sheridan. Mayor Dave Kinskey on why he decided to seek re-election.
Kinskey has been Mayor for the last two terms and has focused on creating and attracting higher paying jobs to the area and diversification of the local economy. This week alone, three candidates have announced their bid for Mayor of Sheridan, Councilman Steve Brantz, retired Sheridan resident John Self, and now current Mayor Dave Kinskey's announcement that he'll seek another term. The candidate filing period is May 17th through June 1st.
