The Sheridan Recreation District is in the process of implementing new software that will allow for more efficient weed control this year, and for years to come. Rec. District Executive Director Richard Wright says that along with the new program being cheaper than what they've been using, it will be much more effective as well.
Wright said that the MapItFast program was provided by the local company AgTerra Technologies in Sheridan.
