State legislator, Mike Madden, joined Public Pulse host, Kim Love, on Newstalk 930, KROE, Thursday. Madden said he's headed to Chenenne on the 15th to speak to the Wyoming Taxpayers Association regarding a possible state fuel tax. Madden said Wyoming's tax situation right now is rare when compared to the rest of the nation.
