Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.) took some time Thursday morning call back to Wyoming from her office in D.C., and we talked about a number of different topics including health care.
Wednesday in the Supreme Court, Democrats struggled to stand behind the provision of Obamacare that would require Americans to buy health insurance.
Supporters of the provision say that health care is an inevitable purchase for every citizen and shouldn't be compared to other products, therefore justifying it as a government-mandated service.
She says health care is the one issue that the eventual Republican nominee for president should make sure he's behind when challenging incumbent Obama this November.
Rep. Lummis has endorsed Mitt Romney for the Republican ticket.
