U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis supported a House Republican Conference movement to adopt an immediate, unilateral moratorium on all earmarks. Lummis explains why she's been so steadfast in her opposition toward government earmarks.
Since taking office in January 2009, Lummis has not requested a single earmark during her time in the House of Representatives.
