Local IT Firm Boasts Sheridan's Geographic Security

A local IT firm is touting Sheridan's relative geographic safety as a selling point for information security.

It's true that the city isn't a usual target for hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes or flash floods, and it's also not located near any military bases or nuclear storage facilities. Jesus (Hey-Seus) Rios, vice president of business development at Ptolomey (TALL-o-may) Data Systems, hopes to cash in on that fact.

The new advertising campaign includes a video recently posted on YouTube. Rios said he's expecting his new company facility, which is currently being constructed north of town, to be completed this fall.
