At their meeting this morning, the Johnson County Commissioners will be discussing possible avenues for funding the proposed Johnson County Library expansion project.
The commissioners, Library Director Cynthia Twing and the Library Board are expected to discuss various grants the board has looked into for the projects.
The commission will also discuss a WyDOT taxi lane grant agreement, and will accept a Homeland Security HMEP Grant.
A number of persons have applied for open spots on the Fair Board and the Buffalo/Kaycee/Johnson County Economic Development Joint Powers Board, and the commission is expected to discuss the applicants and decide who they will appoint to the boards.
Also on the agenda for the commissioners, tax corrections and other routine county business.
The meeting will begin at 9am upstairs at the Historic Johnson County Courthouse, and the public is welcome to attend.
