Johnson County Healthcare Center Administrator Sandy Ward reported to the Hospital Board at their last meeting that the financial report for November and December showed revenues above last year at the same time, and also above where they were forecast for fiscal year 2012.
The Johnson County Commissioners voted to sign a confidentiality agreement with the owner of a property in Buffalo that has been mentioned as a possible acquisition for future expansion of the Johnson County Library.
Two years ago the Dayton Town Council implemented a 5 percent rate increase for water, sewer and garbage that would go up every year on January 1st. The Council tonight will review resolution #343 that would raise garbage rates beyond the annual 5 percent.
