The Legacy Pregnancy Resource Center opened their doors in the fall of 2010 to offer help to those who are at risk of, or are facing an unplanned pregnancy. Monday, a groundbreaking was held at their current location of 847 Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan, as they look to expand their facility. Executive Director Maureen Metcalf.
Metcalf describes some of the services that they provide at the resource center.
Metcalf said that some of the medical services that they provide are free ultrasound, pregnancy testing and post abortion recovery services. She indicated that their goal is to have the expansion complete by this Christmas.
