The third snowpack summary of the water year is out, and it shows another increase for the year for both the Tongue and Clear Creek drainages compared to last month.
NRCS District Conservationist Brad Holliday gives us the latest numbers.
Snotel readings indicate that all of the other major basins around the state are in excess of 100%, with the highest readings on the Upper Bear and North Platte drainage both at 139%.
The Wind River Basin is the lowest in the state at 102%. Holliday said that the final snowpack report for the year will be issued in early May.
