18-year-old Riley Larkins and 24-year-old Jamison Finley each had their Preliminary Hearings in Sheridan County Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
Judge John Sampson determined that there was enough probable cause for the cases to be bound over to 4th Judicial District Court; a $50,000 cash-only bond remains the same for each.
Larkins and Finley were arrested last week after a report that they had used a handgun and fired upon a vehicle containing Terrence McDougal and Derek Berrettini on U.S. Highway 14 East on Monday, May 9th.
Finley was arrested at his home later on the date of the incident; Larkins could not initially be found and the Sheriff's Office issued an "Attempt to Locate" notice to local media on Tuesday, May 10th.
With the help of an tip from someone calling the Crime Stoppers Hotline, Larkins was arrested without incident the afternoon of May 10th at a house on South Sheridan Avenue.
Arraignment dates for Larkins and Finley have not yet been scheduled.
