Sheridan has a special guest visiting on Sunday and Monday. He's a Tibetan Buddhist monk who began his monastic life at the age of seven, and most recently was the head of a monastery in southern India.
Dr. Teddy Araas with Balanced Living Health Consultants, LLC explains.
Dr. Araas says he has been to Sheridan's Santosha Yoha the past four or five years, so this will not be his first time in town. Khen Rinpoche has also spoken to students at Sheridan College in years past.
Again, Rinpoche will be at Santosha Yoga on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. and at Kula Space on Monday night from 5:30 until 7. To listen to a full interview with Dr. Araas about Rinpoche's arrival, click on the attachment below.
