This weekend the Johnson County Fair and Rodeo week wrapped in Buffalo with the main rodeo events Saturday and Sunday.

The Fair and Rodeo Parade was Saturday morning and was a big success, according to Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Director Angela Jarvis.

She said this year's number of floats is average or a non-political year.

Over 60 floats participated in the parade competing for the top prize in a number of categories, with the theme “Who is Your Sheriff,” recognizing the upcoming Longmire Days just a couple of weeks away.

The overall winning parade float was Desava Gardens.
