Tuesday, the Johnson County Commissioners will have their first meeting of 2013, and will welcome new commissioner Jim Hicks, who was sworn into office Monday morning.
On the Agenda for Tuesday's meeting is motions and appointments for the year by the commission.
Child Advocacy Services of the Big Horns will discuss their need for more space for their program.
The commissioners will discuss the contract with WYDOT for chip sealing Trabing Road.
And the commissioners will get updates from VOA on juvenile detention services and from the library for architectural design on their proposed expansion project.
Resolutions to establish and Advisory Board and Operating Department for Lake DeSmet will also be discussed, in preparation for the lease of water rights at Lake DeSmet being approved by the Wyoming Game and Fish at their meeting later this month.
The county commission meeting will begin at 9am this morning upstairs in commission offices at the Historic Courthouse.
