Discussions regarding the proposed new courtroom facility at the new criminal justice center now under construction will happen at the Johnson County Commissioner's meeting Tuesday at the courthouse.
Commission Chair Smokey Wildeman tells us what the discussions will be about.
The commissioners will also re-address funding issues for Volunteers of America.
At the request of a couple of county residents, there will be a discussions regarding issues with Hazelton Road, and also issues with water taps on Fairgrounds Road.
The Commission will also address a board appointment for an unexpired term to the Airport Board, engineering on Trabing Road, the County's new Occupational Testing Policy, zoning in the county and dogs barking and at-large dogs in the county.
The Commission will also discuss, as the County Board of Equalization, a tax issue with county resident Mike Madden.
The meeting will begin at 9 am upstairs in the commissioners' office at the courthouse.
