Johnson County Planner Rob Yingling brought a number of boundary adjustments before the County Commission last week for their consideration and approval.
The first concerned an adjustment at the City/County-owned property at the old Ouray Building east of Buffalo.
Yingling explains the need for the adjustment.
The second adjustment was for properties owned by Cochise Feed Yard, LLC and a private citizen, essentially transferring 12.4 acres to the private citizen.
The final change was to the South Main Sinclair property for a lot split. It is a 2.5-acre lot that will be split it into two lots of 1.1 and 1.4 acres. Yingling explains the lot split.
The commissioners approved all changes.
