Jentel Presents

The monthly meeting of “Jentel Presents” was held Tuesday evening featuring five artists from across the nation. A ceramic historian, a poet, a metal smith and a mixed media artist joined Lisa Beth Robinson, all presenting their work.

Robinson is a letter press, print and paper maker, plus a book binder. In a word, she jokingly says she's “tired.” Her stay at Jentel has allowed her some quiet time to ponder. One idea she's percolating is artists and scientists could work together and problem solve.

Jentel Presents is held in the Sage Community Art Center and close to 30 people were in attendance including Big Horn artist Joel Ostlind. He says the different presentations are always a pleasant surprise.

Jentel Presents is a community outreach program that features visual presentations by the visual artists and writers participating in the month-long Jentel Artists Residency Program.
