Monday night, the Jentel Foundation held its monthly meeting featuring the artists in residency there.
Held at the Sagebrush Community Art Center, the presentation was similar to a “Show and Tell” time in elementary school, but in an adult format. The artists showed and explained their work in an engaging and entertaining style, laced with passion.
Sara Rockinger is a fiber artist from Colorado who writes with her sewing machine.
Wyoming has left her with ideas to explore in fiber.
Court Lurie strives to live a life of surrender and brings that into her paintings.
She has learned to appreciate Wyoming's quiet.
The Jentel Artist Residency Program gives artists and writers time away to further their creative development. The next Jentel Presents will be held on October 1st.
