At their regular meeting this week, the Johnson County School District One Board of Trustees got the audit report from Roxy Skogen with Lovelett, Skogen and Associates CPAs from Casper.
The audit went extremely well with district employees cooperating fully with her staff which made everything run very smoothly as always, she said.
Skogen went through the audit report with the board, pointing out some good aspects in the financial statement, capital construction and balance sheets and said the auditors made no adjustments to the district's statements, making it a “very clean audit.”
The district, she said, shows total net assets of $61 million, and is fiscally strong and remaining positive.
The report was accepted by the board and will be submitted to the state.
