At their meeting Monday night, the Johnson County School District 1 Board of Trustees approved employment requests for the upcoming school year.
Recommendations included Garth Moline as Music Instructor at Clear Creek Middle School; Mitch Johnson as Head Wrestling Coach at Buffalo high School; and Scott Wodahl as Head Wrestling Coach at CCMS.
Transfers approved were Paige Rhoads from Special Ed. Aide to SS Information and Evaluation Specialist at Meadowlark Elementary; and Maggie Hokanson from teacher to Technology Support Specialist at Kaycee School.
A resignation from Milo Warren as Head Girls' Basketball Coach at Kaycee Middle School was accepted.
Classified Staff renewals included Ramah Jackson and Jason Williams, both custodians at Kaycee School.
Classified non renewals were Stoney Ferguson, custodian at Clear Creek Elementary; Shelby Garro, custodian at Kaycee School; and Brenda Nimick, Title I Aide at Meadowlark Elementary due to funding being unavailable for the position.
