Johnson County Healthcare Center recently announced they have hired two new physicians that will be joining their staff later this year and in 2014.
Dr. Jennifer Rice has been with a busy practice in Thermopolis since 2009, where she specialized in Family Medicine and Obstetrics.
She attended the University of Wyoming, graduating on the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. She then attended the University of Colorado in Denver where she received her Medical Degree. She completed her Family Practice Residency in Greeley, Colorado in 2009 and has been in Thermopolis since.
Dr. Rice will start at the JCHC's Family Medical Center September 1st, 2013, sharing duties in the clinic and taking calls for Obstetrics and Emergencies.
Dr. Lisa Mullen will join the staff in the summer of 2014, where she will practice Family Medicine and Obstetrics.
Dr. Mullen attended the University of Wyoming, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a minor in chemistry in 2009. She then attended the University of Washington School of Medicine where she received her Medical Degree in 2011. She will complete her Family Practice Residency in Idaho in June of 2014.
She will begin seeing patients at the Family Medical Center in the summer of 2014.
