The Johnson County Commission will have their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday in the Council Chambers at the Johnson County Courthouse beginning at 9 am.
County Commissioner Smokey Wildeman said this last meeting of 2010 will more than likely be pretty routine.
On the agenda: at 9:10 am the Commission will discuss the City/County Joint Recycling Center and hear a presentation from Phil Gonzales with the Lake DeSmet Conservation District.
The commissioners will discuss an issue as the County Board of Equalization at 9:30.
At 10 am there will be a public hearing on the transfer of a liquor license.
Rod Litzel will give a presentation on Johnson County Weed and Pest at 10:30.
Planner Rob Yingling will give an update on projects in the county at 11 am.
At 11:30 Emergency Management Coordinator Marilyn Connelly will give the commissioners an update from her office.
After a noon recess, the commissioners will get an update from Road and Bridge from Supervisor Scott Pehringer from 1 to 1:30 pm.
An executive session will follow, with nothing else on the agenda for the rest of the afternoon.
Other County business will be addressed as time permits.
