The Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library is participating in National Library Week, April 8 to 15. Library director, Cameron Duff.
The Friends of the Library Board will present the annual check, which is for about $45,000, at 7 tonight in the Fulmer Inner Circle. The money was raised during the library's annual auction last November.
The Civil War discussion series will continue tonight after the check presentation. This Thursday, as part of the series, there will be a showing of the film Glory at 6:30 pm.
The library is also participating in poetry month in April and will have an event for Jane Wohl at the end of the month. Wohl recently released a new poetry book titled Triage.
Duff added that they will recognize all who help the library in its day-to-day activities with national volunteer week next week.
