In an effort to let go of stress accumulated throughout the semester, more than fifty Sheridan college students are playing a week-long, tag-like assassin game.
Formally titled, “Zombies and Humans,” students wear bandannas to show their active status in the campus-wide Nerf gun battle. David Schulte, a Sheridan college student with a double major, helped organize the game.
The game had more than 70 participants last semester, but this semester's increased academic workload has cut participation to just over 50, Schulte said. The game is not endorsed or officiated by any of the college faculty, but has a strong purpose in the minds of its student originators.
The game is scheduled to end Saturday.
