The Internal Revenue Service is looking for civic minded volunteers from Wyoming to apply for the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel. IRS Spokesperson Karen Connelly explains what TAP is.
Current TAP members from Wyoming are William Brayton from Sheridan and David Cain from Marlinton.
