The Northern Wyoming Community College District Board of Trustees honored three of their outgoing members at their regular meeting Thursday night.
Sheridan Media's Betsy Love spoke with Whitey Wells, who has served on the Board for 18 years. Whitey says they've seen “huge changes” over those years, especially the growth of Johnson and Campbell County:
The names of the other two outgoing members are Charlene Foster, who served since 2006, and Walt Wragge, who served since 2005.
The new trustees will be sworn in on December 1st.
