The Wyoming Department of Transportation has announced there will be a series of hourlong road closures beginning tonight on Interstate 90. These road closures are part of a multi-million dollar project to allow Casper Electric to install steel structures for overhead dynamic message signs.

Public Involvement Specialist for WYDOT, Ronda Holwell, explains.

Beginning at 10 p.m. tonight there will be an hour long road closure of the westbound lanes of I-90 at Mile Post 54.33, just west of Buffalo before the Rock Creek Exit. Holwell says the road will close for approximately one hour and then re-open to let traffic through, and then it will close again for an additional hour. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
