Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill is asking a judge to immediately reinstate her as the head of the state's Education Department.
In a court filing, Hill said the education system is in "complete chaos" after her removal through a new state law. The Casper Star-Tribune reports Hill said the law created confusion and distrust across the state.
