The last weekend before Christmas had shoppers out in a frenzy in downtown Sheridan and Karen St. Clair came up with a great idea to help parents do their last minute Christmas shopping...a jewelry making party. She tells us.
Corralling eighteen rambunctious kiddos might strike fear in the feint-of-heart, but St. Clair handled it well, all with a smile on her face.
The event was hosted by Sheridan College Workforce Training and Development and held in the Sheridan College Main Street building downtown. Kids made their own bracelet for Christmas giving or to keep as their own and were treated to snacks, all sorts of games and prizes galore.
