Area residents that had their blood drawn last month for the wellness screenings can pick up their results at this weekend's Health Fair at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
Johnson County Healthcare Center has teamed with Health Fairs of Wyoming to provide health screenings to residents of Johnson County.
Karen Sullivan, RN, and Patient Education Specialist with JCHC, explains what the Health Fair screenings are.
Results will be available at the Health Fair on Saturday, March 12 from 9am until noon at the Fairgrounds' Community Building.
Wyoming Health Fairs is a non-profit organization that provides low cost wellness screenings to Wyoming communities for early detection of treatable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease, as well as a number of others.
Sullivan tells us what to expect at this weekend's Health Fair.
Sullivan also said there would be fun activities for kids and healthy snacks and refreshments available as well.
